1 on 1 coaching is up to an hour a week with Roy, built around you. Weekly group coaching is included at no additional cost, and an intro call is available if you want one before you start.

Q: Is there a contract or minimum commitment?

No. Both options are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. For 1 on 1 coaching we recommend at least 3 months, but you stay only as long as you feel we're providing value.
