Lean Sales Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website leansalesgroup.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit the Site, sign up for our programs, or otherwise interact with our services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect a limited amount of information, only as needed to operate the Services.

Information you provide directly

  • Name, email address, and phone number when you sign up through our forms, request more information, or contact us
  • Messages you send us through our contact form
  • Payment and billing information when you enroll in a paid program. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card or bank details on our own systems.

Information collected automatically

  • Standard server/platform logs. Our hosting platform, Kajabi, may log technical details like IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and to keep the Site running properly.
  • Necessary cookies. See Section 4 below for details.

We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar tracking tools. See Section 4 for more detail.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support
  • Enroll you in and deliver our programs and services
  • Send you updates and communications about Lean Sales Group (you can opt out at any time — see Section 6)
  • Process payments for paid programs
  • Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business:

  • Kajabi — our website hosting, course delivery platform, and payment processor; which processes data on our behalf to run the Site and deliver program content.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our legal rights, or in connection with a sale or transfer of the business (in which case we'll notify you).

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Site is built on Kajabi, which automatically places a small number of cookies on your device that are necessary for the Site to function:

kjb_signup_id Tracks progress through sign-up forms

These cookies do not track you for advertising or analytics purposes. We do not currently use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies on the Site.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet our legal obligations:

  • Sign-up and contact information is retained until you ask us to delete it or unsubscribe.
  • Purchase and payment records are retained as required by tax and accounting law (typically seven years).
  • Server and platform logs are retained only as long as our hosting provider, Kajabi, retains them for security purposes.

If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you also have the right to object to or restrict our processing, the right to data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
